Dashboards That Drive Merchant Action
Data is useless if a merchant doesn't know what to do with it. I designed our dashboard using the 'Progressive Disclosure' principle to surface only the most critical KPIs first.
- KPI Hierarchy: I used Shopify Polaris components to place "Revenue Attributed" and "Active Automations" at the very top of the fold.
- Empty State Strategy: I built custom "Getting Started" empty states to guide new merchants through their first 5 minutes of app configuration.
- Performance-First Rendering: The dashboard uses 'Skeleton Page' loading states to feel fast, even when fetching heavy analytics data.
