Asking for a review before a product arrives is a recipe for a 1-star rating. I integrated with shipping carriers to trigger requests based on 'Delivered' status.
- Delivery Webhook Integration: I connected our app to AfterShip/Shopify Fulfillment webhooks to wait exactly 3 days post-delivery before emailing.
- Smart Timezone Dispatch: Using the merchant's customer data, I schedule emails to go out at 10:00 AM in the recipient's local timezone.
- Review Sentiment Analysis: I used a lightweight NLP script to flag negative reviews for immediate merchant intervention before they are published.
